Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
