Product Manager - billing and payments (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Amber Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
