Product Manager - billing and payments (Reno, NV)

Cedar Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Reno with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
