Product Manager - billing and payments (Reno, NV)

Bright Linden Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
