Product Manager - billing and payments (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Loom Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Reno. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
