Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Westbrook Bright Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
