Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
