Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
