Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Banking Services Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
