Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
