Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Wren Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
