Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
