Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Silverline Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in El Paso. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
