Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Group looks after properties across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
