Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
