Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
