Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Nova Beacon Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
