Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Madison, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
