Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
