Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
