Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Cedar Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
