Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
