Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
