Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
