Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Cedar West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
