Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Loom Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
