Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Summit Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around New Orleans, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
