Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Ironwood Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
