Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
