Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
