Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
