Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Milwaukee, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
