Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Silverline River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
