Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bright River Financial is a financial-services company in Sacramento, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
