Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Highbridge Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from St. Louis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
