Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bright Pike Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
