Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
