Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Northwind Pine Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Tucson with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
