Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting.
