Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group is a financial-services company in Charleston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
