Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Summit Ridge Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
