Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
