Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Nova Ember Markets Partners is a Madison retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
