Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Summit Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around New Orleans, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
