Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Philadelphia with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
