Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
