Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
