Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Stonegate Pine Markets is a Honolulu retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
