Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
