Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Northwind Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
